Proposals:
Pinnacle Cast Concrete™ will provide a written proposal based on customer supplied layout.
If you are working with a kitchen designer or builder, tell them you have decided use our product and ask them to contact us with the project details.
Request for proposals can be sent via mail, fax, or email. We can talk you through the process but cannot quote a project without a written request and drawing (hand drawings are fine) . Do to the innumerable variables, we cannot quote square foot prices or issue phone quotes.
All dimensions, depth of grind, curves, sink cut-outs, sinks, drain boards, inlays, backsplashes, and edge profiles must be established for an accurate estimate.
We can price countertops with various options. Please keep in mind that changes in design from the estimate may change the finale price significantly.
We offer a custom color development as an additional service.
Placing Orders:
Please mail or fax a signed copy of the proposal. A deposit of 50% is due at the time of order placement.
Your sales representative will make and appointment to show you samples and finalize your client checklist. Any special requests such as custom imbeds will be addressed at this time.
Fabrication / Installation:
Pinnacle Cast Concrete will contact you to arrange for field measurements / templating.
All cabinets / supporting members must be in place prior to field measuring.
All applicable plumbing fixtures, hardware, and cutout templates (sinks, plumbing openings) must be on site at this time.
Pinnacle Cast Concrete fabricates your custom countertops.
Customer is responsible for all plumbing, electrical unhooking and installation.
Installation is done by Pinnacle Cast Concrete installers. All seams are filled with color matching epoxy. New installations can typically be completed in about 3 hours. Replacing existing countertops can generally be done in under one day. Finale payment is due. You will be left with care and maintenance instructions.
Pinnacle Cast Concrete offers existing countertop removal service as an option on replacement projects.
Time:
Fabrication usually takes 2-3 weeks from templating. If your in a bind to get it done sooner, give us a call, we'll work with you. |
